Deze parameter beperkt de inactiviteit in seconden nadat de interne IPC
client de verbinding heeft verbroken. Het doel is dat de servers zelfstandig
een verbinding kunnen beeindigen.
Op dit moment word het gebruikt bij adressen ophalen en herschrijven van clients.
